To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to ask regarding issuance of official invoices and/or receipt.

I and my wife are planning to open a shop in our place and we are ordering our goods from an Online Shop based in Divisoria.

Just recently, we ordered from them some items for a start of our business. We paid them through bank transfer and after the arrival our items, we ask from them the official receipt for our records.

In this respect, supposedly they can issue OR right? Because my concern later is the possibility of tax imposition of tax related to our business. I am thinking that we need this OR for future tax reference, if any.

And even, as an online shop, they are oblige to issue OR, am I right to say that?

I hope you can give a reply on this one related to above matters.
