Hi, i’m a bit confused about the taxes that comes along with the lease that I pay. The lessor asks me to issue BIR form 2307 with a computation based on the lease rate less vat x 5% for one condo unit that i rent and she issue me a non-vat receipt. on the other hand, with the 2nd unit that i rent, she ask me to due the same and she issue me a vat receipt. Is there any difference with the rate that i should pay as lease given that o.r. issued are different?

*note: units have the same rental rate
